Seifer is an arrogant young man; fuelled with a hatred he’s not even sure of himself. He’s mouthy, insolent and stubborn. He has a short temper, a slight inability to follow orders and a sharp mind. His tendency to do things the way he sees as best gets him into trouble more often than not, although it must be noted that he is often successful in his ‘missions’ because of his quick thinking and background.

Seifer thrives for approval, although he wouldn’t admit it to any one. He likes to portray himself as a loner, in fact he prefers to keep friends –although not close. Seifer’s primary response to people is to insult. Even close friends he’s known for years, he’d sooner pick on those he’s grown up with than admit caring even a little.

Raised as an orphan, Seifer has trouble forming connections at all, possibly due to his own tendency to lash out before thinking. While he can be charming and friendly, more often than not it’s simply an act to get him what he wants.
